Artist Bio

Buffalo born artist Kelly Kresconko graduated from Villa Maria College of Buffalo having studied Graphic Design and developed an interest in color theory under the guidance of Maria (Pabico) LaRotunda.

She later went on to the State University of New York at Fredonia to study visual arts and new media, with a concentration on painting and drawing. She credits much of her learning process to her professors who guided her along the way- Distinguished Professor Alberto Rey, Michael Long, and Ray Bonilla.

Post SUNY Fredonia, Kresconko went on to exhibit in a group showing held by the

"Antagonist Art Movement" located in New York City and has been an avid participant in Buffalo's "Music is Art" Festival for close to a decade.".

She has been actively exhibiting in Buffalo, New York since then, and in 2020 collaborated on a piece called "Bouquet of Frankenstein" with Baltimore, Maryland based artist, JESS!

Five years experience actively working as a painting instructor for a local art studio as well as providing independent instruction. Clientele have included Special Spaces Buffalo, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and the Western New York Children's Psychiatric Center
